Oak opening to the outdoors.
Designed as part of a poolside lounge, this kitchen explores a close relationship between indoors and outdoors. Developed in partnership by Armazém 810 and architect Tiago Meireles, the project favours simple lines, a light visual presence and continuity with the surrounding architecture.
Oak takes centre stage in the cabinetry, bringing a natural balance to the space. Leaving out upper units frees the walls and keeps the composition uncluttered, while the large opening to the outside enhances the sense of space and makes natural light part of the kitchen's atmosphere.
In contrast to the wood, a tall display cabinet with metal profiles, transparent bronze glass and integrated lighting introduces a more sophisticated, atmospheric element. All-black appliances are integrated into the composition, preserving the project's clean, contemporary character.
The result is a relaxed yet carefully considered kitchen, designed for life by the pool and time spent together. Armazém 810's in-house manufacturing and installation bring to the finished space, with precision, the intent defined together with architect Tiago Meireles.
